Interview Debrief.
So, what happens after the interview? For many, it’s just a waiting game. The recruiter said they would get back to you in a certain amount of time and then they asked you to follow up - what’s next? We will go through the information, discuss the questions you were asked and start preparing for what’s next.

Many times, recruiters and managers are busy juggling different job openings and candidates mixed with other demands from the business. Things get missed, deadlines are extended and follow ups get missed. Whatever the situation, we will draft effective follow up messaging that shows interest and empathy.
